Started by James Stirling (London Fitness Guy) the PWER platform brings together on-demand workout videos works delivered by James himself and his team of experienced trainers who motivate you through each session.
The platform focuses on four core areas; BURN, BUILD, BALANCE and BREATHE. Users are able to sign up to monthly or annual subscriptions and receive new workouts each week.
